Account details you give us (name, email, addresses), order history, and technical data needed to run the store (device type, language preference, approximate region). We do not buy third-party data about you, ever.

Fulfilling orders, providing customer care in your language, showing prices in your currency, and — only if you opt in — the newsletter. We never sell personal data, and we never use wellness purchase history for advertising or profiling of any kind.

Orders containing intimate wellness items receive extra protection: neutral billing descriptors ("VL RETAIL"), unmarked packaging, product-name-free confirmation emails, and support tooling that shows item codes instead of names. This data is excluded from analytics and marketing systems by design.

Payments are settled in USDT through short-lived invoices. VELOURA never requests or stores wallet seed phrases or private keys. We retain only the public transaction hash, network and amount required for reconciliation and receipts.

We use strictly necessary cookies (session, cart, language, currency, age confirmation) and privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across sites. Marketing cookies are opt-in only.

Access, correct, export or erase your data at any time from your account or by writing to privacy@veloura.com. Erasure requests are completed within 30 days, including from backups.
